PRACTICE AND EXPERIENCE

Sophie advises clients primarily in the field of dispute resolution. 

Sophie’s experience includes working as key-associate in large-scale arbitration proceedings, with a special focus on international arbitration. Sophie also regularly advises clients in varying stages of disagreements following from e.g. shareholders’ agreements, distribution agreements, lease agreements etc. 

In addition, Sophie has experience in representing clients before the FCCA and the Market Court in competition and public procurement matters.
