PRACTICE AND EXPERIENCE

Mira advises clients primarily in the field of competition law.

Mira advises clients on a wide range of competition law matters such as merger control, horizontal and vertical cooperation, and dominance-related questions. She has particular experience in merger control analyses and processes both on a national and EU level. Mira also has in-depth experience in compliance matters; she has helped clients prepare and implement compliance programs, and also regularly advises clients on a variety of compliance questions ranging from day-to-day advice to complex self-assessments. Her experience also covers foreign direct investment control and state aid. In addition, she has been involved in both public and private enforcement cases before Finnish general courts and in arbitration.

Prior to joining private practice, Mira worked in the Competition Policy Unit at the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. She has also worked and gained valuable experience as a visiting lawyer in an international law firm in Brussels.
