PRACTICE AND EXPERIENCE

Kati specialises in dispute resolution, especially in the field of construction and related projects. In addition, Kati focuses on dispute avoidance through consultation on contractual arrangements as well as proactive advice during different phases of construction projects.

Kati regularly advises and represents contractors, builders, and designers in construction-related disputes, both in arbitration and litigation proceedings. In addition, she has experience from other business disputes as well as settling cases in mediation. Kati has also gained experience from working in legal teams within construction industry. Kati has been involved in matters concerning industrial and residential construction including questions relating to, e.g., real estate, procurement, design and planning, production, project development, and liability issues.
